FPSO Whiterose – TEG Dehydration

SPG Steiner successfully integrated Dehydration & Glycol Contactor Module and Fuel Gas Skid Module into the modules of the Topsides Fluid Process Facilities of the Sea Rose FPSO which is owned and operated by Husky Energy. The subject units were started up and commissioned without any technical problems. Topsides processing capacities of 100.000 b/d of oil and 150 million scf/d of gas, 180.000 b/d of water and 270.000 b/d of water injection. 

The Units had been pre-assembled in SPG Fabrication facility and final completion incl. commissioning in St. Johns, Newfoundland for the Glycol Regeneration Unit and Fuel Gas Package.
